Established in 1989 as a small independent television production company, LMNO (Leave My Name Off) Productions is a full-service studio with about 100 employees and has produced almost 1400 hours of programming for various clients. Headed by Emmy Award-winning President and CEO, Eric Schotz, LMNO is one of the foremost providers of reality, documentary and entertainment programming for network cable and syndicated television.
LMNO’s hit shows include: the hidden camera series, I Get That A Lot for CBS featuring celebrities like Heidi Klum, Jessica Simpson, Aaron Rogers, Bruce Jenner and Snoop Dogg, The Little Couple for TLC (8 seasons), The Unusual Suspects (8 seasons), and Murder Book for Investigation Discovery.
LMNO has been a leading producer of network reality series since before the genre had a name. Some of LMNO’s early high-profile shows include: the CBS classic, Kids Say the Darndest Things, FOX’s Guinness World Records: Primetime, Boot Camp, 101 Things Removed From the Human Body, and The Littlest Groom. The company also produced the BBC hit format for CBS, Fire Me… Please as well as competition series Wickedly Perfect, the NBC summer reality series, Race to the Altar, and FOX's reality hit specials Man vs. Beast.
Built on a foundation of creative, dedicated and award-winning storytellers, LMNO continues to lead an ever-changing industry. Some of LMNO’s other productions include, Lifetime’s Seriously Funny Kids hosted by Heidi Klum, True Life for MTV, The Bear Whisperer for Animal Planet, Meteorite Men for Science, Killer Confessions for Investigation Discovery, Over Your Head and Deserving Design for HGTV, and the Dr. Oz specials for Discovery and in syndicated daytime television, LMNO and Telepictures produced the talk show Dr. Keith Ablow.
As a natural extension of LMNO’s programming and production services, LMNO D was created specifically for the digital arena. The first venture resulted in creating an authentic brand that transitioned seamlessly from the digital space to traditional television and consumer branding. The Golden Sisters launched from a viral video and went on to be become an award winning series for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network. Their year in review special was hosted by Tom Bergeron and had a featured guest appearance by Pharrell. Additionally, the Golden Sisters were tapped as online influencers by Deutsch and did a series of Volkswagen commercials that LMNO produced and directed.
Recently named to Realscreen’s Global 100 (2015) for best work in non-fiction film and television, LMNO continues to be recognized for the quality of its work both domestically and internationally.
