On November 24th, 1971 a man dressed in a suit and tie hijacked a Northwest Orient Airlines flight bound for Seattle, Washington. He told the flight crew he had a bomb in his briefcase and demanded $200,000 dollars in cash and four parachutes. Shortly after he got his ransom, the man jumped from the airborne 727 into the night, somewhere between Seattle and Reno, Nevada, never to be seen again. In the more than 45 years since the epic heist, the FBI has looked at over a thousand potential suspects, but the questions remain: Who is DB Cooper? Did he die? Did he live? And is he still out there?
 
Now a pair of journalists and their team of investigators are set to reveal the findings of a five-year investigation. THE CORONER: I SPEAK FOR THE DEAD, a gripping new series bringing audiences inside the work of one man who has truly seen it all in his 25 years on the job—Graham Hetrick. A seasoned coroner in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, this all-new eight part series features an inside look at shocking murder cases and complex forensic investigations: while detectives search for clues among the living, Hetrick uncovers the secrets of the dead. 

Each episode of features one compelling homicide case pulled directly from Hetrick’s personal files. From the moment he receives the call, to the crime scene where he is first introduced to the victim, to the autopsy, viewers are led through a series of twists and turns as Hetrick peels back the layers of the investigation to reveal how the murder happened and, more importantly, who is to blame.

THE CORONER: I SPEAK FOR THE DEAD will premiere on Monday, July 18 at 10/9c.

In some ways, The Johnstons are an average American family of seven, pursuing the American dream: They live and work in rural Georgia, and are transforming a fixer-upper into their dream home all by themselves. However, this is no ordinary family – they are the largest known family of little people in the world. All seven Johnstons have Achondroplasia Dwarfism, a genetic condition that affects their size. Dad, Trent, and mom, Amber, have a total of five kids under the age of 16: Jonah and Elizabeth, their biological kids, as well as three adopted children, Anna from Russia, Alex from South Korea, and Emma from China. Juggling the demands of a family of seven while living in a construction zone is anything but easy, but the Johnstons are up for the challenge.

After a roller-coaster of a year filled with two international adoptions and Jen’s battle with cancer, Jen Arnold and Bill Klein are ready to turn their attention to raising 4-year old Will and 2-year old Zoey.   

 Now that Jen has been cancer-free for several months, she returns to juggling motherhood and her career as a doctor at Texas Children’s Hospital.   As a family, they move forward in acclimating their children to life in the U.S. by working with the children on their language skills and enrolling them in pre-school.   They share the joys of celebrating the children’s baptisms, Bill’s 40th birthday as well as Zoey’s first birthday in the U.S.

After all the ups and downs of the past year, all Jen and Bill want is a calm and quiet year.  But that is unlikely to happen, as medical challenges continue to emerge for the family.   Jen is due for her 6-month oncology check-up, the children need full medical evaluations and Bill discovers that he needs major spinal surgery that could put him out of commission for months.   The Little Couple will face all of these challenges as they always do – together.
