Established in 1989 as a small, independent television production company, LMNO (Leave My Name Off) Productions is a full-service studio with about 100 employees and has produced almost 1400 hours of programming for various clients. Headed by Emmy award-winning President and CEO, Eric Schotz, LMNO is one of the foremost providers of reality, documentary and entertainment programming for network, cable and syndicated television.

LMNO Productions has been a leading producer of network reality series since before the genre had a name. Some of LMNO’s early high-profile shows include: the CBS classic, Kids Say the Darndest Things, FOX’s Guinness World Records: Primetime, Boot Camp, 101 Things Removed From the Human Body, and The Littlest Groom. The Golden Sisters, launched from a viral video and went on to be become an award winning series for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network. Their year in review special was hosted by Tom Bergeron and had a featured guest appearance by Pharrell. Additionally the Golden Sisters were tapped as online influencers by Deutsch Inc and did a series of Volkswagen commercials that LMNO produced and directed.

Ed Horwitz, Executive Vice President, Production and International Distribution for LMNO Productions is responsible for overseeing all of LMNO's network, cable and syndicated programming. Additionally, he oversees the financial and administrative aspects of all LMNO projects.
Horwitz came to LMNO from Bruce Nash Entertainment, where he served as supervising producer on three reality shows, including NBC's hit series, "Meet My Folks.” Prior to Nash Entertainment, he spent six years with Warner Bros. and Telepictures under an overall production and development deal, serving as Sr. Supervising Producer of the late night strip, "Change of Heart" and the syndicated dating show, "elimiDATE.” He was also executive producer of Rosie O'Donnell's Grammy shows in 1999 and 2000.
In the mid 1990's, Horwitz had the privilege of working with Brandon Tartikoff under an overall development and executive producer deal for Moving Target Productions and New World Entertainment. During this time, he co-executive produced a one-hour drama pilot for FOX, entitled "Love is Strange" and worked as executive producer with Tartikoff on the late night syndicated series, "Last Call" for MCA/Universal. Lisa Bourgoujian
Senior Vice President of Current Programming
Lisa Bourgoujian, Senior Vice President of LMNO Cable Group, is an Emmy-award winner who has worn a number of hats during her career, including producer, director and writer for documentary, entertainment and reality programs and series.
Ms. Bourgoujian's diverse credits underscore her talents in both cable and network programming. She currently serves as executive producer on the new Biography Channel series, “Deadly Women" and recently served as executive producer on “Unusual Suspects” for Discovery ID, “Bear Whisperer,” for Animal Planet; “The Woman With 15 Personalities” for Discovery Health Channel and “Fabulous Cakes” for TLC. She also developed and executive produced the successful reality series “I Wanna Be A Soap Star” for SOAPnet.
Prior to joining LMNO Productions, Ms. Bourgoujian worked extensively in documentary programming. Her many credits include serving as supervising producer for A&E's documentary series, "Civil War Journal" and "The Real West” as well as producing and directing "The American Revolution,” the premiere series that launched the History Channel. She also produced the entertainment programs, “Ancient Prophecies III” and “Ancient Prophecies IV” for NBC.
Ms. Bourgoujian has been nominated for six Emmys and is the recipient of a National Education Award for "Ellis Island,” Telly Awards for "The American Revolution,” “American Icon: Hoover Dam” and “Travel Channel’s Secrets Of Arlington National Cemetery” which also received a Cine Golden Eagle Award.
Lori Rothschild Ansaldi
Senior Vice President of Development & Corporate Communications
Lori Rothschild Ansaldi joined LMNO in 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President of Development. Her passion for finding outrageous characters and concepts has created an entirely new approach to LMNO’s development centered on casting.
Rothschild’s non-fiction television career started in the halls of Discovery Communications where she served on the Production and Development teams at Travel Channel and Discovery Channel.
While at the Travel Channel, she co-created and Executive Produced the hit treasure hunting series “Cash and Treasures” and won a National Daytime Emmy for her work on “Passport to Latin America with Samantha Brown.” She also served as the Executive Producer on the wildly popular “World Poker Tour” which created a new vanguard in televised poker.
At Discovery, Rothschild served as Supervising Producer and sat on the development team responsible for “Cash Cab,” “Deadliest Catch,” “I Shouldn’t Be Alive,” “ Dirty Jobs” and “Planet Earth.” She also produced numerous specials including “Last Mysteries of the Titanic with James Cameron” and “Biker Build Off: The Ultimate Chop.”
Jeff Rice
Senior Vice President of Post Production
Jeff Rice has the distinction of having two titles at LMNO Productions. He is Senior Vice President, Post Production and also General Manager of RH Studios, an in-house online/offline post-production studio. In this dual role, Rice has been responsible for facilitating LMNO's ever-expanding post-production efforts since 1998.
Prior to working with LMNO Productions and RH Studios, Rice was briefly an actor before he decided he had no desire for fame or extended unemployment. He went “behind the scenes” (as is said in the biz) to serve as Post Production Supervisor, and later as Manager of Production and Post Production for acclaimed documentary producer ABC/Kane Productions International. He also served as Operations Manager with Virgin Digital's 525 Post Production in Hollywood.
Rice has a degree in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA and often bores co-workers with obscure facts gleaned from too much time spent in research libraries and his extensive foreign travel.
When he is not boring his co-workers or bragging about his two titles, Jeff spends his weekends building furniture and endless additions to the home that he shares with his wife and three children.

Ruth Rivin, Vice President Special Projects, is currently serving as Executive Producer on the TLC series “The Little Couple ”
She recently served as Executive Producer on the Science Channel series “Meteorite Men”; “The Wedding Planners” series for WE TV, several specials for the National Geographic Channel and the award winning TLC special “A Face for Yulce.” She was also Executive Producer on “The National Body Challenge,” “Fit To Live,” “Obese at 16,” “Marathon Love,” “Miracle Weddings,” and “Miracle Babies” for the Discovery Health Channel.
She was co-executive producer on the Discovery Health Channel’s “MFI: Medical Fraud Investigators,” TLC’s “Amazing Medical Stories,” the Lifetime series “Final Justice with Erin Brockovich” and A&E’s "Behind Closed Doors with Joan Lunden.”
