Ed Horwitz Executive Vice President Production & International Distribution
Ed Horwitz, Executive Vice President, Production and International Distribution for LMNO Productions is responsible for overseeing all of LMNO's network, cable and syndicated programming. Additionally, he oversees the financial and administrative aspects of all LMNO projects.
Horwitz came to LMNO from Bruce Nash Entertainment, where he served as supervising producer on three reality shows, including NBC's hit series, "Meet My Folks.” Prior to Nash Entertainment, he spent six years with Warner Bros. and Telepictures under an overall production and development deal, serving as Sr. Supervising Producer of the late night strip, "Change of Heart" and the syndicated dating show, "elimiDATE.” He was also executive producer of Rosie O'Donnell's Grammy shows in 1999 and 2000.
In the mid 1990's, Horwitz had the privilege of working with Brandon Tartikoff under an overall development and executive producer deal for Moving Target Productions and New World Entertainment. During this time, he co-executive produced a one-hour drama pilot for FOX, entitled "Love is Strange" and worked as executive producer with Tartikoff on the late night syndicated series, "Last Call" for MCA/Universal. Prior to his work with Tartikoff, Horwitz was Vice President of Production at Cosgrove/Meurer, where he received four Emmy nominations for his work on the successful NBC series, "Unsolved Mysteries.”
